Agua de Jamaica Hibiscus Water Recipe
A refreshing Mexican drink made from dried hibiscus flowers, perfect for hot days.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- ½ cup sugar adjust to taste
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the dried hibiscus flowers and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the flowers.
Add the remaining 4 cups of water and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
