  • 1 lb Ahi Tuna sushi-grade, diced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.
  2. 2. Add diced ahi tuna to the bowl and gently mix until well coated.
  3. 3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  4. 4. Serve chilled as an appetizer or over rice as a main dish.
