  • 4 Russet potatoes medium-sized
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the potatoes. They should be tender inside.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
