Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Apple Juice
  • 1 gallon Apple Cider
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 8 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1 liter Everclear
  • 1 liter Vanilla Vodka

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, combine the apple juice, apple cider, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about an hour.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Once cooled, stir in the Everclear and vanilla vodka.
  3. Pour the mixture into mason jars, making sure to include a cinnamon stick in each jar. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
  4. Let the moonshine sit for at least 2 weeks before drinking to allow the flavors to meld together.
