Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and mix in shredded carrots and chopped green onions.
5. Spoon the mixture into butter lettuce leaves and serve.
