Bacon Milk Gravy for Biscuits Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 6 slices Bacon chopped
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until it forms a roux.
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the gravy thickens.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon pieces.
Serve the gravy hot over freshly baked biscuits.
