  • 4 fillets Rainbow Trout fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with olive oil.
  3. Place the trout fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
