Instructions

  2. Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and salt.
  4. Spread the kale evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are brown but not burnt.
