- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Dried Fruit optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Fold in the dried fruit if using.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the bars are set.
