  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Dried Fruit optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the dried fruit if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
