Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ziti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the marinara sauce to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked ziti pasta with the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Add the dried basil and oregano, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer half of the pasta mixture over the sauce. Add another layer of meat sauce, then the remaining pasta mixture, and finish with the remaining meat sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
