  • 4 slices bread preferably baguette
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Once the bread is toasted, spoon the tomato mixture onto each slice.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
