  • 1 loaf Baguette split lengthwise
  • 200 g Pork grilled, sliced
  • 1 unit Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 unit Carrot julienned
  • 1 unit Daikon radish julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 unit Jalapeño sliced
  • 1 handful Cilantro fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the baguette lengthwise and spread mayonnaise on both sides.
  2. 2. Layer the grilled pork, cucumber, carrot, and daikon radish inside the baguette.
  3. 3. Drizzle soy sauce and rice vinegar over the filling.
  4. 4. Add sliced jalapeño and fresh cilantro.
  5. 5. Close the baguette and cut into servings. Enjoy!
