Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs about 4 pounds
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  7. Place the ribs back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
