Main Ingredients
- 2 racks Pork Ribs about 4 pounds
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Place the ribs back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
