  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the ribs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 2 hours or until tender.
  5. Remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
