- 2 lbs country-style pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the ribs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 2 hours or until tender.
Remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
