Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (flank steak, thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce, beef broth, and oyster sauce. Stir well.
  6. 6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
  7. 7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
