Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour in the soy sauce, beef broth, and oyster sauce. Stir well.
6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
