- 4 lb Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the brisket on all sides until browned.
Place the brisket in a roasting pan. Add the beef broth, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
