  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the brisket on all sides until browned.
  4. Place the brisket in a roasting pan. Add the beef broth, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
  5. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  6. Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
