Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
  4. 4. Arrange the marinated beef slices in a single layer on the dehydrator trays.
  5. 5. Dehydrate for 4-6 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
  6. 6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
