Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. 3. Add beef cubes to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
  5. 5. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
