Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until onion is translucent.
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stir well.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until beef is tender.
