Beer Can Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 can Beer 12 oz can
- 2 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season it inside and out with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Open the beer can and drink half (or pour it out). Place the beer can in the center of a roasting pan.
Place the chicken upright over the beer can, inserting the can into the cavity of the chicken.
Transfer the pan to the grill. Cover and cook for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
Carefully remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
