Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in flour until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour sausage gravy over biscuits.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
