- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
- 1 cup Salsa
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the black beans and corn to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the salsa and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
Spoon the bean mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll up the burritos.
