  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the black beans and corn to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the salsa and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. Spoon the bean mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll up the burritos.
