Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
