  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer dough to a baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the mayonnaise.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon and halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with shredded lettuce before serving.
