- 1 lb Bok Choy washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Salt to taste
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chopped bok choy and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
