  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
