Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pizza dough
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Chopped onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them.
  4. Spread the whisked eggs over the pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped bell peppers, and onions evenly over the eggs.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
