Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
