- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
