- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade. Mix well to coat the beef. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Serve hot with rice and vegetables.
