Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped cabbage and sliced carrots. Stir well.
  4. 4. Pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
