Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 3 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 1 Cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Imitation crab meat shredded

Instructions 

  1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Pour over cooked sushi rice and mix well.
  2. Place a nori sheet on the bamboo mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  3. Place cucumber, avocado, and crab meat along the bottom edge of the nori.
  4. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
