California Roll Sushi Recipe
Classic California Roll Sushi with crab, avocado, and cucumber.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
- 3 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
- 1 Cucumber cut into thin strips
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 200 grams Imitation crab meat shredded
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Pour over cooked sushi rice and mix well.
Place a nori sheet on the bamboo mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
Place cucumber, avocado, and crab meat along the bottom edge of the nori.
Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
