  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, dried oregano, black pepper, and chopped cilantro.
  2. 2. Place your steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well-coated.
  3. 3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. 4. Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill to your desired level of doneness.
  5. 5. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
