  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted and bubbly.
  3. 3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for a minute or until they start to set.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
  5. 5. Using a spatula, fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese. Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
