- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until tender.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
4. Gradually add milk and melted butter to the flour mixture to form a dough.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling broth.
6. Cover and simmer until the dumplings are cooked through.
