Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package Gnocchi
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken, gnocchi, thyme, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
