Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, frozen peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
