Main Ingredients
- 4 cube steaks
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with milk.
3. Dredge the steaks in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat again with the flour mixture.
4. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the steaks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
