Chicken Marinade
- 500 g Chicken Breast sliced thinly
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.5 cup Cucumber grated and drained
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken slices for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
3. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, olive oil, salt, pepper, and grated cucumber to make the tzatziki sauce.
4. Serve the grilled chicken in pita bread with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
