Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless Pounded to even thickness
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour For dredging
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • ¾ cup Marsala wine
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
  5. 5. Add Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce is reduced by half.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. 7. Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
