- 4 pieces Chicken breasts pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Olive oil
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Serve hot with a wedge of lemon or a side salad.
