Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Celery Stalks sliced
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion, sliced carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the chicken breast, reduce heat, and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  7. 7. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
  8. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
