Chicken Parmesan Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish that's easy to make at home. Crispy breaded chicken breasts are topped with marinara sauce and melted cheese, served over pasta or with a side of vegetables.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top each piece with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
