Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 large Carrots sliced
- 2 stalks Celery sliced
- 1 large Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 cup Noodles optional
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add salt, pepper, and thyme. If using noodles, add them now and cook until tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
