Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli and red bell pepper, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
