- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Tomatoes, diced
- 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Beef Broth
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
2. Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
