Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes, and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
