Chinese Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
A simple and delicious Chinese Chicken Fried Rice recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
 - 1 cup Cooked chicken diced
 - 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
 - 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
 - 2 Eggs beaten
 - 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots thawed
 - 3 Green onions chopped
 - 1 clove Garlic minced
 
 
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same wok, add remaining oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add diced chicken, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Return scrambled eggs to the wok. Add green onions and mix well. Serve hot.
