Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ cup Warm water
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and sugar.
2. Gradually add warm water, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a bun.
6. Place the buns in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for another 15 minutes.
7. Steam the buns over medium heat for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
