Chinese Style Vermicelli Rice Noodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage), julienned
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook the vermicelli rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
4. Add the cooked vermicelli noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
5. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
