Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and sliced chicken breast. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and bean sprouts. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
