Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced chicken breast. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and bean sprouts. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
